Product Manager - partner integrations (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
