Product Manager - partner integrations (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting.
