Product Manager - partner integrations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 443 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
