Product Manager - partner integrations (Richmond, VA)

Nova Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
