Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tampa. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
