Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Silverline Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Antonio. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
