Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Highbridge Bright Financial Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
