Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Greenridge Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Louisville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
