Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
