Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Northwind Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Toledo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
