Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
