Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
