Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
