Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
