Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Summit Union Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
