Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Spokane. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
