Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Care Services Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
