Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
