Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Highbridge Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
