Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Omaha, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
