Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
