Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Columbus. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
