Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Ironwood Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in El Paso, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
