Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
