Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Basin Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
