Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Rivermark Mill Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
