Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Northwind Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
