Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Silverline Haven Medical is a Chicago company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
