Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Lumen Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
