Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
