Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Summit Vista Insurance is an insurance company in Providence with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
