Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Boston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
