Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Atlanta with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
