Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
