Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
