Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Beacon Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
