Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
