Product Manager - partner integrations (remote)

Highbridge Summit Markets is a San Antonio retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
