Product Manager - partner integrations (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Basin Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
