Product Manager - partner integrations (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
