Product Manager - partner integrations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
