Product Manager - partner integrations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
