Product Manager - partner integrations (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
