Product Manager - partner integrations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
