Product Manager - partner integrations (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in New Orleans with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
