Product Manager - partner integrations (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Oak Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
