Product Manager - partner integrations (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Logistics sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
