Product Manager - partner integrations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 768 people based in Miami. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
