Product Manager - partner integrations (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 272 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting.
