Product Manager - partner integrations (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Haven Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
